Our goal is to provide you with safe, well-maintained equipment and clear guidelines to minimize risks during your event.

Our Safety Dos and Don’ts ✔️❌

We’ve put together a list of essential dos and don’ts to help you enjoy your bouncy castle or inflatable safely:

Dos:

  • Do supervise the inflatable or game at all times with a responsible adult.
  • Do ensure children remove shoes, jewelry, and sharp objects before using the equipment.
  • Do check weather conditions for outdoor hires, especially for wind and rain, which can affect inflatable stability.

Don’ts:

  • Don’t exceed the maximum number of users on the inflatable.
  • Don’t allow food, drinks, or chewing gum on or near the inflatable to avoid mess and choking hazards.
  • Don’t allow rough play, flips, or somersaults on the inflatable to reduce the risk of injury.

Our Risk Assessments include checks on inflatable placement, weather conditions, anchor points, and more to ensure a safe experience. We provide safety mats, secure anchor points, and setup by trained staff to minimize any potential risks.
