Insurance & Safety Information
At Team Bounce Inflatables, safety is our highest priority. We are a fully insured inflatable hire company, and a copy of our current Public Liability Insurance certificate can be viewed on this page.
All of our inflatables and equipment are regularly inspected, maintained and checked before every hire to ensure they are safe, clean and in good working condition. Our team follows industry best practices when delivering, setting up and securing equipment.
Whilst we take every reasonable step to provide a safe environment, the safe use of our equipment remains the responsibility of the hirer during the hire period. All inflatables must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, and users must follow the safety instructions provided.
Team Bounce Inflatables cannot accept liability for accidents, injuries or damage resulting from misuse of equipment, lack of supervision, failure to follow safety instructions, adverse weather conditions, or unauthorised alterations to the setup after installation.
To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- Users should be separated by age and size where possible.
- No rough play, climbing on walls, flips or somersaults.
- No food, drinks, chewing gum or sharp objects on the inflatable.
- Equipment must not be used during high winds or severe weather conditions.
- Any concerns or issues should be reported to Team Bounce Inflatables immediately.
By hiring our equipment, customers agree to follow our safety guidance and accept responsibility for supervising all users throughout the hire period.
